International Student
Kainan
University's International Honors Program is limited to those who are
not citizens, permanent residents, or refugees of Taiwan, the Republic
of China.
International Honors Program (IHP)
IHP was established in 2005. In that time, we’ve grown to provide a
wide portfolio of excellent qualifications delivered on campus. This
program is a four-year undergraduate program taught completely in
English. We offer a bachelor of Business Administration in two areas:
Concentration Commerce and Concentration International Logistics.
Students are also free to take courses which are taught in Mandarin. In
addition, IHP students are also permitted to take a second major or
minor in any other fields; however, Chinese proficiency is required.

University life is often one of the most memorable times of our
lives.With so much going on for students at Kainan University, it pays
to know your campus. There are a huge number of services and facilities
housed and available on-site, including wireless Internet, excellent
dining facilities, caring health professionals, a nurturing faculty,
and a furnished dormitory which is located within a 10-minute walk from
the classrooms. You'll find Kainan has a laid-back and easy-going
atmosphere. Students meet lifelong friends of different nationalities.
Scholarship
Kainan University offers 4 years scholarships (tuition and housing) and
grants for outstanding international students. The Scholarships are
offered to students who are enrolled full-time at Kainan University and
maintain a GPA level 2.5 or above.
Please note that the scholarships do not include textbook fees, health insurances, or housing utilities.
Faculties
More than 90 percent of our qualified lecturers were educated in
Western countries (primarily the United States and Europe). In
addition, 10 percent of our lecturers are foreign, with diverse
backgrounds, such as the United States, New Zealand, Australia, Canada,
Korea and Singapore.
When to Apply
International students must submit a hard copy of their application
document to the Office of International Programs and Services at Kainan
University before May 30th every year.
